years ago I heard that workers in chocolate factories were allowed to eat as much as they liked, they would pretty soon get sick of the stuff and after that leave it alone. My searches on the interwebs failed to find any such anecdotes because charlie and the chocolate factory swamps any other hits. But assuming it works and by analogy, I conclude that you haven’t had enough to break your habit.
