Australia

image

Im about half way through with my 6 week trip to Australia. I started in Melbourne, rented a camper, and have been making my way up the East coast. Im currently in Rainbow beach. A tiny little beach town with not a whole lot going on. I’m only stopping here because tomorrow I take a 3 day camping trip to a nearby island.

image

(a small rural road. picture shot through the windsheild of my camper, hence the “keep left” sign reflected through the dashboard.)

Ive been traveling solo, which I know a lot of people think is really strange, but I like it. I get to do what I want, at my own pace. Driving long stretches of rural highways for several hours by myself sounds really lonely to some, but being stuck in a vehicle with one person (unless I really like them) sounds like hell to me. I’m perfectly content passing the time with podcasts, audiobooks, and my own sick thoughts.

image

I’ve met a lot of great people along the road. In Melbourne I hung out with an adorable rockabilly couple who invited over for dinner and took me out to a local rock show. When I told them what I do for a living, the guy told me he used to date a professional dominatrix who specialized in flinging shit at her clients. She would work out of their aparment so he’d always make himself busy at a coffee shop or something whenever she was working. He said she was usually really good at keeping everything clean, covering the whole place with plastic wrap and what-not, but one day when he was at home and wanting to watch TV, he picked the remote control and discovered it smeared with her shit. He asked her to find another place to work after that.

image

In Sydney I met a group of hipster film makers who had dropped acid earlier that day to “center themselves” for the trip to Papa New Guinea they were about to take. One of them had spent some time there shooting polaroids of men and boys who grew large crops of weed (article.) They decided to go back to shoot a documentary for Vice. They took me to some great bars around Sydney, telling me their fears and visions about going to one of the most dangerous places on earth with a video camera.

image

Driving north the weather got drier and warmer. Byron Bay was my first beach town. I met an attractive young australian medical student who was taking time off from uni to surf. I spent the week with him watching the sunset, climbing trees and making out on the beach. Our time together was cut way to short and I truly regret not clubbing him over the head and keeping him as my live-in camper van sex slave. Alas, he continues to text me with youtube videos of puppy dogs just to keep me pining.

image

After Byron Bay I decided to spend a few days hustling on cam to help offset the cost of this rediculously expensive country. It was a good haul. I had a Dutch foot boy (pictured above) lap at my sneakers as I sat back and sipped wine, talked to a slutty sissy who wanted me to pimp him out to “homeless ghetto nigger cock,” and convinced a devoutly religous man to take viagra on an empty stomach cum all over his holy book.

Keep it up, pervs. You’re funding a life worth living.

Belize

IMG_8045

I just got back from spending 5 days in Belize. Alexandra had went home after Tulum, Shauna broke off to San Pedro, and Meggerz, Mistress T, and myself stayed in the tiny, boring little island of Caye Caulker. I wasn’t a fan.

IMG_7876

Sure, there was some charm to it. A laid back vibe. But all in all not much to do. Despite being an island, there wasn’t a proper beach. Just smelly seaweed separating the water from the concrete. Most things were over priced because they had to be imported.

We took several tours together, each of which were conflicting blend of awe and torment. There was the night snorkeling just as a thunder storm was rolling in. I saw one octopus at the cost of swallowing a whole lot of sea water. Then there was the tiny plane tour over the Blue Hole. The sight was breath taking, but it was all I could do to keep from puking as the pilot treated the plane like a roller coaster; dipping, swooping, turning 45 degree angles. Finally there was the scuba dive into the Blue Hole, which was an overrated experience that required an agonizing 2 hour boat ride in horrible weather conditions that made me want to cry and puke until I looked like a shriveled raisin. Hey, at least I can say I “did it,” right?

IMG_7973

It wasn’t all bad of course. I had top notch company to keep me from total misery. Thank Xenu for that. Not to mention the dutiful subs who paid my way so I didn’t have to (@cearajunky sent $300, @soleshine sent $550 and Mr. F a whopping $1,200)

Anyway… I’m home now. It feels great. After a much needed mani/pedi I’ll be back terrorizing horny men out of their money for at least a couple months until my next international voyage.

Tulum

I woke up this morning 6am in Caye Caulker, Belize. I spent most of the morning laying in a hammock, taking pictures of the hostel kitten and listening to my Love + Radio episode which went live today.

I’m quite happy with it. Check it out:

I spent the last several days in Tulum Mexico, a cute boho town with Mayan ruins and Cenotes. Mistress T and Meggerz arrived making it a group of 7 of us. It was a refreshing change from Cancun: touristy, but not overly commercial. Charming and laid back.

image

image

Our first night we feasted at a Mexican restaurant that treated us to free tequila shots, giant somberos and napkins folded meticulously into roses. The result: 7 women simultaneously partaking in a 20 min selfie session.

image

image

We rented bikes and rode around the town, visiting the beach and the ruins.

image

Alex, Shauna and I spent the next day scuba diving in the Cenotes. It was incredible. Our first two dives were in Dos Ojos where we swam through caves and resurfaced in sections where bats dwelled and were miserable over the fact that divers were constantly shining lights at them. Afterwards we dove in El Pit. Easily one of my favorite dives of all time. A 100m cavernous pit with sun rays shining through. I felt like I was floating through space in canyon from another planet.

image

Later that day I learned that one of Mistress T’s good friends, “Gaspman,” of Club Stelitto, had passed away. I didn’t know him, but watching T greive over him that night was one of the most tragically beautiful things I’ve wittnessed. She spoke uninhibitly through tears about how he lived, who he was, and how precious life is. I was at a loss of words (not that there was anything I could have said that would have made a difference.) So I just listened, soaking it in. She made me wish I knew him.

image

Death has a way of making you reflect on your own life. Am I living it the way I should? Do the things I stress over really matter? Are the people I hang out with really worth my time? If I died tomorrow, would I regret anything?

image

On our last day we found a small seafood food restaurant off the beaten path on the beach. They cooked freshly caught fish over an open fire. It had no sign or menu, the waiters barely spoke English. We ordered some of the best ceviche and lobster I’ve ever had. Afterward then lounged hammocks tied to trees and enjoyed each others company as the sun set.

Sayulita and Cancun

Last week I spent some time in my favorite little surfer town in Mexico; Sayulita. I fell in love with this place last October and made it a point to come back this year.

image

It all seemed more or less the same since last time I was there, with some noteable differences. The hostel that had just barely opened when I last arrived, Lush, was now booming; packed full of travelers. Lots of new faces though many the same, some relationships formed and broken, an engagement..

image

This town would suck all sense of ambition out of me if I lived here. All I want to do is walk on the beach, watch sunsets, make new friends and drink tequila. It’s for the best that I only visit in short spurts. Temptations run rampant here: parties every night, bad decisions encouraged, an abundance of beautiful bodies looking for sex. It can get the best of some. I like to think I practice all things in moderation. I can’t have anything distract me from an Internet full of vulnerable men for me to prey upon, afterall.

image

image

A large storm hit during my last day here. It would have lasted 3 days. I woke up early with my travel companion (who had much to drink and little sleep the night before) and we waited in the cold and rain for the bus to take us to the airport. We landed in Cancun that afternoon.

image

Shauna Ryanne arrived a few hours after me and we stayed at another party centric hostel. While my travel companion caught up on some much needed sleep, Shauna and I walked the plaza and ate churros.

image

The hostel, Orquideas, seemed really cool. Free breakfast in the morning, family style dinner at night, engaging people, plenty of hammocks, colorful murals, the sound of loud, enthusiastic fucking at 3am. Spring break! Yeah!

image

Alas, we only spent one night here before meeting up with Alexandra in her big beautiful villa. The view is incredible and its probably the sort of place a financial dominatrix princess is suppose to be vacationing in, but to be honest if it weren’t for the fantastic company I’d be bored out of my mind here. Theres nothing but hotels, shopping malls, and a small strip of gaudy, over-the-top dance clubs catering to spring break. Everything is 10x as expensive. It feels more like Vegas than Mexico.(Lesson here: Alexandra is the true princess among us.)

image

image

The three is us went scuba diving yesterday. The water was stunning. Crystal clear. We swam around a lively coral reef and explored an underwater museum. Afterward we drank margaritas, ate fresh seafood, and entertained eachother in conversation. Friday we dive again in Cozumel.

Back to Mexico

image

I threw my backpack on yesterday and hopped a plane back to Mexico for a few weeks. Im traveling with a girl friend of mine. We’ll spend a couple days in Puerto Vallarta, a weekend in Sayulita, then we’ll hop a flight to Cancun, and hit up Tulum and Belize. I’ll be meeting up with few familiar faces along the way; Domina Snow, Meggerz, Mistress T, and Shauna Ryanne.

I enjoy traveling and I try not to make it an expensive habit. When we arrived my friend suggested we take the bus to save money on a cab. We speak next to no Spanish and as a result ended up taking the wrong bus to a wrong area then walked two miles to no where. We finally caved and shelled out a whole $5 for cab fair. The most brilliant part of this experience was that during this time I literally made over $1000 between clip sales, a custom video sale, and @soleshine13 sending me tributes.

Im currently sitting in a hostel right now. Last night my friend’s Mexican lover hopped an hour long bus ride to hang out with us for the night. We sat outisde and drank tequila at a bar that played classic rock songs, reminising. At one point he sheeplishly told me he felt like an asshole because he booked a hotel room to steal my friend away for the night. Of course I don’t care. Hostels are great for saving money and meeting new people, but they’re not the most romantic of places. I’m happy for them. When good people get together and fuck eachother it’s a lovely thing.

Looking foward to the weeks ahead. I’ll be back in April.

Home again

Three days ago I arrived back home from my 6 week trip in Thailand. There is so much I haven’t shared about my experience that I may have to go back and tell more stories when I make the time. Or maybe I’ll keep them to myself.

It’s a bittersweet feeling. I love my home, but I could have easily spent several more months in SE Asia. It doesn’t help that I came home to the dark, dreary weather that helps to sustain my city’s high rate of depression and suicide.

My friend Miss. T said it best, “Being delivered back into chilly reality feels like being birthed from a warm womb into a cold delivery room.”

IMG_5796

I don’t mean to sound dramatic though. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience. Traveling is priceless: to be put into an entirely new place with no other responsibility but to explore it, meeting other travelers who are in such interesting, open ended points of their life, cultivating a deeper understanding of people and cultures that appear so vastly different from my own. Time both speeds up and slows down at the same time.

image

One plus side of being back is a new found work motivation. I spent far more money than I planned to on this trip and I have several more destinations ahead in 2015. Fortunate for me I’ve had my two wealthiest and neediest clients waiting eagerly for my top quality, over-priced attention along with the rest of the faceless masses. There’s a long list of custom videos I need to attend to, and on top of that, I have my the company of my cherished industry friends to look forward to in Vegas for AVN. Yahtzee.

IMG_4713

Oh yeah, and if you happen to be in sin city during that time, you can find me signing at the clips4sale booth at AEE Saturday the 24th at 2pm.

Laos

Im currently sitting in my hostel in Laung Prabang, Laos. I woke up early to see the monks who get up at the crack of dawn to recieve food and donations from the towns people. I’d imagine it would have been an interesting cultural practice to see had it not been crowded with tourists sticking flashing cameras in their faces. Ah well.

image

Im staying near the main street. This town is pretty low key compared to the active party islands in Thailand I just came from. Most everything closes here around 11pm with exception to (of all things) a bowling alley. I’ve spent my time here enjoying the nature; trekking around the rolling green hills, visiting hillside tribal villages, and taking in the sights.

image

Yesterday I took a shuttle van to the famous Kuang Si waterfalls. We have some great waterfalls back at home, but they just don’t compare. These were straight out of a fairy tale.

image

I had my nose in a book all day and had misunderstood the meeting place to take the shuttle back, so I missed it and ended up spending my entire day here. There are worse places to get stuck, especially with a good book.

image

At one point I was sitting on a park bench in front of some smaller falls. A group of about 5 middle aged chinese people (mostly women) came up to me. One of them sat next to me as though they wanted to take a picture of eachother in front of the scenery. As I stood up to move out of their way they gestured me to sit down and be in the picture. Confused, I obliged. One by one they did that: taking their picture with me, smiling and thanking me afterward. Afterwards one of them tried to say something to me in Chinese with a big smile on his face. I don’t know who they thought I was but they seemed rather appreciative to have met me.

Chiang Mai

Its 10:55am. I’ve been up for a couple hours. Just took a cold awkward shower in the hostel I just checked into and dried off with a hand towel. This isn’t exactly the luxury hotel I just shared with Shauna and Jasmine for the past week, but its dirt cheap, centrally located and makes for an easy way to meet other travelers.

image

I meant to update this blog every few days but time is flying by fast. I just blinked and spent a week in Chiang Mai. Such a charming city full of temples and hand crafted goods. Ive packed in so much these past several days I may need to make a few blog entries just to sum it up.

image

image

Out of sheer coincedence my trip aligned with Jasmine (aka @vancouverdomina) who had just spent the past several weeks training in a Muay Thai camp. We had met and filmed together one other time previously, but haven’t hung around much socially until now.

image

I like Jasmine. Besides being easy on the eyes, she’s rather calm, reserved person at first impression. The more you get to know her the more you find out she’s a kinky little minx with a camera full of footage from her sexual escapades and pictures of penises she’s tortured with needles, chastity devices and too much viagra. Needless to say we got along well.

image

During the day we visited the markets, took cooking classes, played with baby tigers, and hung out with elephants. You know, typical thailand tourist stuff that’s fun to do but not all that fun to read about. Here’s some obligitory pictures to skim through:

In the evening we went to the clubs. Chiang Mai has a great night life scene with several small clubs in one area each playing a different type of music; rock, reggae, jazz, techno, etc. The bars serve cheap “buckets” of alcohol (which is exactly what it sounds like) and every few minutes someone is trying to sell you flowers or adoreable friendship bracelets. We frequented these clubs a few nights and danced into the wee hours.

image

Yesterday the three of us parted ways. Jasmine flew to bangkok, her last stop before she goes home while Shauna went to Koh Tao (which I’ll head toward on Monday) As the two of them rode a tuk tuk to the airport, I threw on my backpack and walked 40 minutes to my hostel. It was the first time I really enjoyed the convience of having everything on my back. As I strolled through Chiang Mai I must have ran into at least a half dozen temples. There are several of them just intigraited within the city and each one is more breath taking then the last.

2 nights in Bangkok

It’s about 4:30am and Im currently sitting in the common area of my hostel in Bangkok, jet lagged and wide awake. I arrived here a couple days ago and haven’t got my sleep schedule right.

image

Shauna Ryanne is here with me, she seems to be having better success with sleep than me. On my arrival date I came in late at night and was in dire need of getting something in my stomach and before flopping to bed. A hostel worker pointed us towards what he described as a “lively area” that would be serving food. Turns out he pointed us to Soi Cowboy, a red light district

image

No complaints there. Theres nothing like kicking off a travel experience by eating eating spicy papaya salad in a narrow, vegas-like strip while watching scandaly clad gogo dancers and lady boys aggressively drag western men into their bar. A coule of drunk backpackers crashed our party at one point and tried to make plans that would never happen. It was one of those moments I regret being honest when asked about my profession. “You’re like, a dominatrix? But you’re so pretty! Do you show your tits?” Yeah… Get out of my space.

image

We went to bed at 2:30am that night and I woke up around 5am and couldnt go back to sleep. I killed some time socializng with other travelers in the hostel until waking up Shauna to join me for breakfast. We discovered we had a mutual goal to find a jack shack that serviced women. A “rub n’ rub” if you will. One of the hostel workers made the mission seem far fetched and guilted us with his vague understanding of sex trafficking. We ended up  getting a regular (& incredible) Thai massage but the dream is still alive.

image

Afterward we went over to Theta State Float for some sensory deprivation (essentially, where you float in a inclosed tub of salt water in complete darkness and silence.) I was connected to the owners by a mutual friend and they were kind enough to treat us to an hour. I had only done it once before back home and didn’t get much out of it the first time. I thoroughly enjoyed it this time. Chilling in a pool of nothingness was exactly what my body needed after paying a thai man to contort my body in painfully blissful ways. The owner, Annile, drank wine and chatted with us for several hours afterwards. Truly a gem of the place with a kind, laid back staff. I think they’ll going to do well.

It’s 5:45am. Someone here at the hostel sat down next to me as I was writing this and started a conversation about traveling and finding meaning in his life and work. Typical conversations run pretty deep when you’re abroad. Can’t say I miss the small talk.

I’m going to try and get more sleep.

New Orleans

Monday I returned from two weeks of traveling. I flew to New Orleans, Mexico, and then made a short stop in Seattle before coming home. Rather than write some monstrous blog entry about it all, I’m going to divide it into three parts. First, let’s talk NOLA:

I flew into New Orleans and got picked up by Mistress T and Meggerz who had already been in the area for a couple days. From the airport we decided to dash straight to the infamous House Of Shock before they closed for the night. Supposedly this would be the last year they’d be doing this haunted house. It was rather impressive; a massive maze of creepy rooms and people dressed as monsters and zombies jumping out at you.

IMG_9085 IMG_9073

New Orleans is a fun place to be near halloween since the city is already known for voodoo and ghosts. We decided to stick with that theme by taking a tour around the alleged haunted houses around the city. I don’t believe in ghosts and had a little too much to drink that night so I had a hard time paying attention. I mostly nodded along to her stories of gruesome murders and suicides, wondering if they were factual and feeling sorry for the fact that she had to deal with a group of people less discreet about their inebriation than I was.

The next day we took a boat tour in the swamp. Our tour guide was like someone’s southern uncle, chock full of corny jokes and endless facts about a few topics. We saw swampy things like turtles, birds and my least favorite animal in the world: crocodiles.

IMG_9285 IMG_9328IMG_9155

I have a special kind of disdain for crocodiles. So much so that I was very much looking forward to eating one. At one point we managed to find a hot dog spot that served crocodile sausage, which tasted suspiciously like a normal hot dog, but I’m going to go ahead and choose to believe some deprave, cold blooded reptile died for my gluttony anyway.

IMG_9504

The tours were fun, but my favorite part was just walking around the French Quarter and soaking it all in. Listening to live music, browsing the shops and stuffing my face with the worst/best kinds of food.

IMG_9550 IMG_9555IMG_9481

At one point while walking around the Frenchmen area, we met Cameryn Moore: a play write and phone sex operator who was selling short, personalized erotica right on the street. For $20 she would ask you a series of personal questions about your sexual proclivities/interests and in less than 30 min you’d have your own typed up story customized to hit your erotic triggers. I must say, this woman has a gift. All three of us bought a story and none of us were disappointed. The best part was listening in as she read allowed Meggerz and T’s story (the interview process was private.) T’s story in particular confirmed that she truly is the most perverted woman I know (which should be of little surprise to anyone.)
